My license is inactive
Woosa develops high-quality WooCommerce plugins in collaboration with more than 11 partners. Examples of partners are bol.com, Adyen, Teamleader and VidaXL. To guarantee unlimited support with updates, we request a license fee for the use of the 11 plug-ins.
There are several reasons why your license can be inactive:
- There are outstanding payments
- The most recent payment failed
- License has been canceled
Woosa automatically sends reminders after a payment fails. When you make the payment, we'll re-activate the license immediately within a few hours.
An inactive license means that you no longer can use the functionalities of the plugin. Also you're not longer entitled to unlimited support and updates. Re-activate your license to fix this.
